Step 1

Evaluation

Our factory-trained technicians analyze wear patterns, noise issues, cavitation damage, and efficiency loss and fully disassemble the pump to evaluate wear-prone elements, such as bearings and seals. Every component is cleaned before inspection.

Step 2

Analysis Report

Once we’ve identified a probable cause of failure or damage, we’ll send a report discussing what was found during the initial evaluation, our recommendations, and cost and timeline estimates.

Step 3

Repair

Damaged components are replaced with OEM spares or remanufactured if parts are obsolete. We only use parts specific to pump models to ensure optimal performance.

Step 4

Diagnostics

Reconditioned pumps undergo operational testing under load to verify pressure, flow, and overall efficiency. Then, they are painted and packaged for return.

Step 5

Post-Repair

K+S Services will ship your reconditioned pump, along with a comprehensive report detailing what repairs were made, which components were replaced or remanufactured, preventative maintenance recommendations, and results from our load testing.
