Step 1

Evaluation:

A complimentary evaluation, where our factory-trained technicians fully disassemble and evaluate your valve on our clean air assembly benches. Any wear or damage is photographed and documented.

Step 2

Analysis Report:

You’ll receive a free Failure Analysis Report, highlighting what damage or wear was discovered during the evaluation and on which components, a list of our recommended repairs, and a cost and timeline estimate.

Step 3

Repair:

Our team ultrasonically cleans all valve components, replaces failed parts with new OEM or remanufactured components, and installs new seals and pilot filter. Repairs are performed to SAE ARP 490 specifications.

Step 4

Diagnostics:

Your reconditioned valve is cleaned to ISO 4406 standards, calibrated on specialized text fixtures where nozzle pressure, magnetic gain, and gapping is verified and adjusted. The valve is then computer-tested under load on our proprietary Servotron test stand with our Labview software, assessing command signal, flow output, feedback signal, pressure, and internal leakage.

Step 5

Post-Repair:

You’ll receive your reconditioned servo valve, a test report, documentation on which components were replaced, and maintenance recommendations.
