All tools are repaired in-house in the United States, calibrated to ISO 10725 requirements, and thoroughly tested to ensure they perform reliably. We back all reconditioned tools with a 12-month in-service warranty, and carry an extensive inventory of loaner tools to keep production running.
Our factory-trained technicians are experienced in diagnosing and repairing DC torque tool components, including brushless motors, torque transducers, gear reduction assemblies, and internal wiring harnesses, as well as reprogramming and calibrating tool controllers to OEM specifications.

Additionally, we not only repairs torque tools but also their associated controllers and cable assemblies. Our average repair timeline is between 5 and 7 days. However, we can provide expedited services in emergencies, depending on part availability.
Our experienced technicians evaluate damaged tools, checking for calibration drift and torque delivery consistency, and identifying damage in gearboxes, motors, and control interfaces.
You’ll receive a report with our initial findings, including any probable causes of failure or damage, our planned repairs, which components we recommend for replacement, and cost and timeline estimates.

We send the newly reconditioned tool to our ANAB-accredited lab for testing and calibration to confirm tool accuracy and operational reliability.
You’ll receive your restored tool, along with a detailed report offering insights on our findings, test results, and needed maintenance. All torque tools are shipped in electrostatic bags.
