Your hydraulic cylinder needs repaired if you’ve noticed:
K+S Services doesn’t just perform functional repairs. We ensure every hydraulic cylinder leaving our facility has been fully reconditioned to meet OEM performance specifications. Repair processes are tailored based on the type of cylinder being repaired, whether single, double-end, or telescopic, and we document every repair project in our ISO 9001:2015-compliant quality management system.
Our hydraulic cylinder reconditioning process starts with a precision diagnosis. First, we carefully disassemble the cylinder. Then, we clean and inspect every component for wear, degradation, and in some cases, misalignment.
After our thorough evaluation, we’ll update you on what we found, including any probable causes of damage or failure, and provide repair cost and timeline estimates.
We find a factory-certified technician best suited for the type of cylinder repair required. Any damaged components are replaced with OEM spares. K+S also has an in-house machining department that can remanufacture discontinued/obsolete rods, pistons, bushings, and tubes.
We perform comprehensive pressure and leak testing to ensure our repairs were successful and to verify that the cylinder meets OEM specifications.
You’ll receive your reconditioned cylinder, along with installation and maintenance instructions, a list of which components were replaced or remanufactured, and details from our pressure and leak testing.
