We have the expertise in a wide variety of weld controls and perform “Closed Loop” testing under load to verify functionality and durability. The systems utlized in the repair process are designed to duplicate actual operating conditions that are found in a plant environment. Our technicians have been factory trained and certified to support both warranty and non warranty needs. K+S is also an authorized service center for Hitachi, Nippon, Miller Electric, as well as Lincoln Electric at our Southgate Facility.
K+S is the solely factory authorized repair service provider in North America for Nippon Stud Gun Welding Equipment. Our factory trained technicians are well versed in the operation and repair of this equipment. We can also provide replacement consumable parts for the Nippon Stud Gun Welding Equipment. We also repair Hitachi, Yaskawa, and Panasonic welders.
