Servo, AC & DC Drives
We have provided industrial electronics repair on Servo, AC and DC drives for more than 35 years. Additionally, we have built and designed more than 150 test stands dedicated to Servo, AC and DC drives. These test stands are specifically built to load-test repaired units to make sure they meet or exceed OEM specifications.
Our team also performs dynamic load tests using our custom-made dynamometer, which controls two different motors that are working against each other. Testing with a dynamometer is important because it lets us make precise rating and performance adjustments. Lastly, we can repair AC and DC drives from many manufacturers, including ABB, Allen-Bradley, FANUC, and Siemens.
CNC Components
We also test and repair CNC controllers, servo motors, drives, I/O interface boards, processors, and other CNC components. Some of the brands we can repair include FANUC, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and Mitsubishi. As with all of the electronic equipment we repair, our certified technicians perform dynamic tests in real-world closed-loop applications.
Displays, CRTs, & HMIs
Whether you’re upgrading from a CRT to LCD or need to repair your existing CRT monitor, we’re here to help. Our services include CRT recycling, component replacement, repairs, and CRT to LCD conversions. Some of the CRT manufacturers we work with include Bendix, Eaton IDT, Fujitsu, and Toshiba.
Programmable Logic Controls (PLCs)
We repair Programmable Logic Controls too. Our facility features over 300 PLC test stands. When you turn to us for PLC repairs, you can expect a quick and efficient process that first starts with identifying any existing issues. After that, we’ll perform any necessary repairs, retest them in our closed-loop system, and burn them in for 72 hours. Some of the PLCs we can repair include the Allen-Bradley 1774 series, the HONEYWELL 35 and 621 series, and Mitsubishi’s F1 and F2 series.
Robot Controllers & Teach Pendants
Our industrial repair services also include robot controllers and teach pendants. Our team is ISO-certified and has repaired all types of robotic components from manufacturers like ABB, FANUC, Yaskawa Motoman, Kawasaki, Kuka, and Comau. Our turnaround time for this type of repair is usually three to seven days, but we do provide emergency repair services.
Weld Controls
K+S has an extensive welder component lab that we use to test all types of welder controls, wire feeders, and welding machine equipment. We test all components under load to ensure they are working properly. We are also an authorized service center for Miller, Lincoln, and Fronius.

Our repair process is as follows:
- We receive your part, photograph it, and log it into our tracking system.
- Our technicians then evaluate your part. During this evaluation, any cause of failure and notable issues are identified and logged into our tracking system.
- You will receive a Failure Analysis Report (FAR) from us, which includes the cause of the failure as well as any issues that our technicians identified. The FAR also includes your quote and estimated timeline.
- After you approve our quote, a technician will start repairing your component. We choose which technician will perform the repairs based on the type of repair and the component that is being repaired. We always want to ensure that the person handling your component is experienced and knowledgeable in that specific area.
- Once your component has been repaired, we test it for a specific duration to ensure it’s working as it should.
- We then send your repaired part back to you in the mail along with a full report that includes any issues we found, how they were fixed, which components were repaired or replaced, any test details and the duration of the test, and recommended installation instructions. All shipping and handling is at no extra cost to you. Additionally, all repaired components come with a 12-month in-service warranty.
