Working full-time in your plant, the Account Manager is responsible for tracking all repairs for all vendors, expediting repairs when required, maintaining data base integrity, streamlining and stabilizing procedures, generating a wide variety of reports and keeping the customer informed.

Reduce Your Vendor Base
If a repairable item is sent to K+S and we do not have the means to perform the repair, we will identify and certify a vendor or partner to perform the repair. This reduces the number of vendors you must deal with. Our summary billing option may also be utilized to further reduce your administration burden by having only one purchase order for your facility, and just one vendor to answer your questions.
